By-laws Requiring Three Readings
2014-061 Being a by-law to enter into an Agreement with Mitchell Hurst and Kimberley Laird-Hurst with respect to lands legally described as South Part Lot 1, Concession 4, municipally known as 498 Uxbridge-Pickering Town line, Uxbridge (This by-law follows the recommendation contained in Report OS 18114 of Emilia Gruyters, Planning Technician presented during the regular meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee of April ?fh, 2014)
2014-062 Being a by-law to authorize entering into an Agreement with Anacond Contracting Inc. with respect to renovations to the Uxbridge Public Library (This by-Jaw follows the recommendation contained in Report PWO 27114 of Ben Kester, Director of Public Works and Operations presented during the regular meeting of Council of May 12th, 2014)
2014-063 Being a by-law to authorize entering into an Agreement with Campbell Drive Professional Building Inc. with respect to the establishment of a temporary location for the Uxbridge Public Library

2014-066 Being a by-law to authorize the establishment of the Uxbridge/Scugog Animal Control Shelter General Animal Care Reserve Fund (This by-law follows the recommendation contained in Report AC-02114 of Debbie Leroux, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk presented during the regular meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee of May Sth, 2014)

2014-067 Being a by-law passed pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, to amend Zoning By-law No. 81-19, as amended, of the Township of Uxbridge with respect to certain lands described as Lot 34, Plan 40M- 2336, 38 Anderson Boulevard, Uxbridge (Donna Gentile Holdings Ltd.) (This by-law facilitates the lifting of the (H) Holding Symbol of this properly)
