Count One:

That Defendant, Albert Corbelli, commencing on or about the 20th day ofOctober, 2011 andcontinuing to the date ofthis information, in the Town ofCarmel, County ofPutnam, State ofNewYork, didcommit a violation of § 156-72A of theTown Code of theTown of Carmel entitled"Zoning", for constructing agarage structure without first obtaining apermit from the buildingdepartment.

To wit: On orabout the above referenced date, the defendants did commit the offense byconstructing a garage on Defendants property at21 Ernest Lane, Mahopac, N.Y. 10541, TaxMap#53.-l-30, defendant violated the Town Code of the Townof Carmel. Theconditionsalleged herein were observed on September 25,2011, October 12,2011, and December 21,2011.

Each weeks continued violation alleged herein shall constitute aseparate and distinct violationand each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively bepunishable by afineofnotmore than $1,000 or by imprisonmentfornot more than oneyear, orby both suchfine andimprisonment. Each weeks' continued violation shall constitute aseparate additional violation.

That Defendant, Albert Corbelli, commencing on or about the 20th day of October 2011 andcontinuing to the date of this information, in the Town of Carmel, County ofPutnam, State ofNewYork, did commit aviolation of§156-10H ofthe Town Code ofthe Town ofCarmel entitledZoning", for changing the use ofalot without first obtaining Site Plan Approval from the Planning

Board.

To wit: On or about the above referenced date, the defendants did commit the offense byusing the lot for more than the storage ofautomobiles (to wit: truck repairs, dumpsterstorage, dumpster maintenance, and truck maintenance) at Defendants property at 21 ErnestLane, Mahopac, N.Y. 10541, Tax Map#53.-l-30, defendant violated the Town Code oftheTown ofCarmel. The conditions alleged herein were observed on April 4, 2012.
