The Board of Directors of Forest Lakes t-~etropolitan District, El Paso County, Colorado, hereby gives notice that a Special Meeting of t.he Board of Directors shall be held on Friday, May 4, 1990, at 4:00 p.m., at the office of the District, 6300 South Syracuse Way, Suite 555, Englewood, Colorado 80111, for the purposes of considering whether to cancel the Regular Election scheduled for May 8, 1990, and declare the nominees elected, and of conducting such other and further business as may come before the Board.
Notice is further given that if the said election is not cancelled, the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 1990, commencing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be feasible, at the office of the District 6300 South Syracuse Way, Suite 555, Englewood, Colorado, for the purposes of canvassing the results of the election, declaring the successful candidates elected, and conducting such other and further business as may corne before the Board.
