Brian Scott, 4 Lafko Drive: speaks about the terrible condition of this property and states it
has been this way for over a year now. He is in favor of seeing this move forward.

Motion to open public hearing # 6- Rt 9 Mazda Rezoning: J. Baisley/ W. Carlos
No speakers from the public to this public hearing, although the engineer from Chazen and
a Mazda representative were present should anyone have any questions. They basically
gave an overview. Matthew Woolever once again stated that only the front portion was
being rezoned and they answered “Yes”

Cifone Victor Chapland speaks again and questions the board as to how is 6 Lafko Drive different then the situation that is going on over at his home for 13 years now? The board explains that 6 Lafko was property maintenance as far as it goes and his is more of boarding up and unsafe issues which go thru Wayne Cichon not Zoning-Mike Cifone reminds Victor that it takes time and at least one across from him will hopefully be getting taken down and the other secured Motion to resume the rules: J.
