Construction is expected to take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please use alternate routes where possible to improve site safety and avoid delays. Lane closures and traffic delays should be expected. Please contact Public Works at 613-584-2000 should you have any questions. Thank you for your patience as we improve the state of our infrastructure. NOTICE HYDRANT FLOW TESTING Please be advised on Thursday October 10th, 2019 Hydrant Flow Testing will be performed on Montcalm Street. The flow test will mainly effect the area encompassed by Deep River Road and Ridge Road to the East and West and Alder Street and Huron Street to the North and South. Other streets in the proximity may experience the effects to a lesser degree. Residents in these areas and throughout Town may experience a drop in water pressure and water may be rusty or cloudy due to flushing of the distribution system. If you have rust-coloured water please run your COLD WATER TAPS ONLY (suggested taps: outside hose, bathtub or laundry tub) until the water is clear. Please DO NOT use your hot water until you have clean running water again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
