Finance
o As of December 6, the Town has collected: $952,227 (96%) of the October Utility Billing ($986,899) $1,561,027 (99%) of the annual property tax billing ($1,581,677)
o Mailed 143 disconnect notices to properties that have not paid the October utility billing – Disconnect date is scheduled for Tuesday, December 18
o Attended ScreenScape Demo – Software for information to be displayed in Lobby (Kristen Dabrowski, Gene Dvornick, Olga Holm)
Police
o Weekly and Year to Date crime statistics (selected crimes) updated (copy attached) o Code Enforcement Report – November 2018 issued and posted to website (copy
attached) o Departmental Press Releases issued as warranted
Wastewater
o Lagoon depths: Large Lagoon is 12.50 feet and Small Lagoon is 6.75 feet o Ran sewer jetter through sewer main on West North Street and cleaned out grease o Replaced air pump at Stevenson Lane station o Cut up 2 trees in access road in Pettyjohn Woods

Planning
o 201 East Laurel Street (Splash Laundromat) DDD – Final Site plan submitted on December 5
o 130 Burton Street – Minor subdivision submitted November 28, reviewed December 5, pending final approval from Construction Coordinator
o Village of Cinderberry Declaration amendment submitted on December 3 o Predevelopment Meeting on December 5 for 225 East Market Street for proposed
restaurant
Public Works
o Placed millings along Cooper Alley o Applying cold patch town-wide o Installed crowd control barriers around fountain o Completed set up and clean up for Christmas Parade
TOWN MANAGER’S UPDATE …
Provided oral interview with local newspaper regarding Revelation Craft Brewing Company coming to Georgetown
Met with La Esperanza to continue efforts on Public Service Announcements for Town, Code Enforcement, and Police Department (Joel Diaz, Gene Dvornick, Joey Melvin, Mike Picarello)
Finalized Public Works Agreement for Georgetown Oaks Continued efforts with CGI Communications on Community videos (Gene Dvornick,
Kristen Dabrowski, Laura Givens) Met with Revelation Craft Brewing representative and engineer to discuss plans for the
former 16 Mile site (Jamie Craddock, Gene Dvornick, Jocelyn Godwin) Attended Water Infrastructure Advisory Committee (WIAC) meeting Followed up with local business questions on Building Permit status Attended Sussex County Association of Town Dinner Meeting – holiday gathering (Gene
Dvornick, Steve Hartstein, Rebecca Johnson-Dennis, Bill West) Worked with Georgetown Chamber to finalize road closure needs and Circle activities for
the Christmas Parade Attended Sussex County Association of Towns Steering Committee. Focus was 2019
