§  $3.96  million  for  resident  tui>on  and  mandatory  fees  freeze  • Covers  3%  salary  policy  and  15%  health  insurance  increase  for  those  funded  on  tui>on  and  fees  

§  $1.65  million  for  HEFF  maintenance  and  repair  match  §  $1.16  million  for  u>li>es  §  $308K  for  South  Dakota  Opportunity  Scholarship  §  $7  million  for  employee  compensa>on  • Covers  3%  salary  policy  and  15%  health  insurance  increase  for  those  funded  on  appropria>ons
