Town Hall of Bronckhorst “We want the new town hall to be a celebration for the entire community!” In Hengelo (Gld), the Netherlands. Merger of nine rural municipalities, 44 villages, 37,000 inhabitants. 8,000 sqm.
New organisation, future-orientated design. High sustainability ambitions.
The town hall as an important symbol that binds the community.
The building has the same the look-and-feel as the area. Winner Green Good Design Award 2010: 46 countries!
Co-creation with politicians, employees, and ‘everyone’ in the new municipality.
Light, open, healthy and flexible workspaces. ‘Greenest’ town hall in the Netherlands.
