Tower Bimini Pro 2 (Extra

Large) Installation Guide

WARNING: Please remove the canopy when you drive the boat over 35 mph

Important Notice:

1.Please take a few minutes to read the entire installation instructions and

become familiar with the parts and installation before beginning to ensure a

high-quality, trouble-free installation.

2.Please don’t modify this product, climb, ride or stand on it.

3.Please distinguish the front and rear side of the frame section.

4.The assembly can be easier done on the ground, and you need 2 people to

finish it when installing the frame onto the tower.

5.Tighten all hardware for completion.

6.Please be careful when your boat is approaching bridges or overpasses.

7.This tower bimini is designed to fit all of our wakeboard towers and most

other popular brand of towers, the following pictures show the position of the

bimini rings on the catapult tower.

8.Please don’t move or rotate the mini clamps and cross fitting before you

loosen the set screws completely.

Care & maintenance:

1.Be sure to check and tighten all fasteners and connections prior to every use.

2.Use soap and water or general cleaner to clean the top.

Unpack the carton you will find below contents :

Step 1: Put Together Frame

Take out all bimini frame bars, and put front/rear frame sections and middle frame side

bars on ground (as shown here)

Step 2: Install the Bimini Frame

You can do it easily with the pin system.

There should be 6 small mouth clamps (A) and 2 cross brackets (B) installed on the frame

at the position as shown in the picture. Keep them loose and movable on the frame at this

stage.

Step 3: Support Bars

Connect the middle support bars with pin system and install the 2 bars onto the

main frame. There should be 1 cross bracket (B) on each support bar.

Step 4: Install the Canopy

Install the canopy on the frame as shown in the right pictures, you can do it easily

with the zipper.

Step 5: Assembly

Assemble the front support bar onto clamp B as shown in the picture below.

Important Note: If you do not install the bimini above your tower, please do not

assemble the 2 lift brackets (T).

Important Note:

If you want to install this bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard

tower, please refer to Step 6.

If you want to install this bimini top above the top section of your wakeboard

tower, please refer to Step 7.

Step 6: Installing Under Your Wakeboard Tower

Install the bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard tower.

Install the four bimini rings on the tower’s bars as shown in the right pictures,

but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.

Please measure the distance between the 2 rings mounted on the rear bars of

tower, and adjust the support bar to let the total length of rear frame bar to fit

it.

Lift the bimini top, connect the rear middle frame bar with the rings mounted

on the rear bars of the tower.

Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front bars

of tower.

Now you have installed the tower bimini on the tower as you want. Please

make a bit adjustment for the ring to get the best position, then tighten all of

the bolts and set screws.

Step 7: Installing Above Your Wakeboard Tower Mount two rings on the front bars of tower, and mount two rings on the top

section as shown in the right pictures, but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.

Lift the bimini top, Connect the two lift fittings with the rings mounted on the

top section of the tower.

Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front bars

of tower.

Now you have installed the tower bimini on the tower as you want.

Please make a bit adjustment for the ring to get the best position, then tighten

all of the bolts and set screws.
