To View Your HSA Account Summary Page:

Click the account number you wish to view. Only the last four digits of the account number will appear. The example shows only one account. If you have multiple accounts, all of them will be listed here.

To View Your HSA Statement:

Once you are in the Account Summary page, click on the “View Statement” tab.

Select your date range, then click the Submit button. Your statement can then be printed, if desired.
