Skippack Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) was established in 2005
Establishing TMDL would have a significant impact on MS4 Permitting Program requirements, starting in 2012.
A Waste Load Allocation (WLA) of 11,099,483 pounds per year of Sediment Removal was assigned to the watershed
Towamencin Townships WLA was determined to be 2,446,075 lbs/year
Original TMDL Strategy Plan was submitted in September, 2012
