Entry Form InstructionsAll information should be printed clearly. The Team Leader information must be filled in completely, as comefishLa.com will be mailing confirmations and information to the Team Leader address. Please indicate the age of Junior Anglers; to qualify as a Junior Angler, angler must be 16 years of age or younger, prior to May 28, 2020 (first day of fishing). Please do NOT send cash with your entry form. Company or personal checks will be accepted by comefishLa.com, Inc. until May 1, 2020. After May 1, only certified checks or money orders will be accepted via mail. On-site entries and Jackpots must be paid with either Cash, Certified Checks or Money Orders made payable to Cajun Canyons Billfish ClassicTM, or Credit Card subject to a 3.5% service charge. Please do not mail entry forms after May 15, 2020 to our office address; mail to: c/o Cypress Cove Marina. Prior to April 1, 2020, the Reservation Deposit is $1,500.00, which includes 1 Captain, 1 Mate, & up to 4 Anglers; additional anglers may be registered at a cost of $200.00 each prior to April 1, 2020, after April 1, 2020, the Deposit will be $1,750.00; after April 1, 2020, the additional angler entry fee will be $250.00. All anglers MUST be registered.
The Cajun Canyons Billfish ClassicTM Tournament Headquarters will be located at Cypress Cove Marina. Official Registration day is Wednesday, May 27, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. located at Tournament Headquarters. All registered Teams will receive 1 Captain's Bag, 6 Caps, 6 Long Sleeve T-Shirts, and 6 event-passes (good for Kick-Off Party & Awards Party). Additional event-passes may be purchased via this registration or on-site; additional event merchandise will be available on-site.
In addition to the Reservation Deposit and the Base Entry Fee, The Cajun Canyons Billfish ClassicTM has six Optional Entry Level Jackpots. These are Optional and are not required; however, to win any of the prizes in the Optional Entry Levels, the Team must be entered in that Optional Entry Level. The Optional Entry Jackpot deadline is 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2020.Please Make Checks or Money Orders Payable to:

By entering and/or registering for the Cajun Canyons Billfish ClassicTM (hereinafter referred to as “CCBC”), all participants, including, but not limited to all registered anglers, Captains, mates, and guests (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to hold the CCBC, comefishLa.com, Inc., Cypress Cove Marina and Lodge, together with all persons or entities involved with/associated with the CCBC, along with their respective employees, officers, directors, volunteers, agents, committee members, partners, sponsors, advisors, and subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as “the CCBC group”) harmless from any and all claims, demands, or liability of any kind whatsoever relating to the CCBC, including, but not limited to any claims for any act or omission, excluding, however, any claims for any intentional or gross fault by any member of the CCBC group, and for any claims for physical injury caused by any member of the CCBC group. All participants hereby grant CCBC and comefishLa.com., Inc. their full and unlimited consent for the use of any photograph, video, and or audio recording, in which they or their likeness may appear. CCBC and comefishLa.com, Inc. may use said photographs, video, or audio recording taken or recorded in relation to the CCBC, for any purpose it deems, including, but not limited to, advertising and marketing, promotion, resale, or the like without compensation or any restrictions.
