Val de Loire weather is one of the most suitable in France to obtain quality sparkling wines. Because it is rather moderate, the grapes can mature slowly, developing subtle flavours. This AOC allows us flexibility and creativity. Technical aspects We pick the grapes between 11.5 and 12% of potential alcohol so that we just need to complete with very few sugar for second alcoholic fermentation in bottles. Depending of the vintages, the malolactic fermentation will be fully or partially achieved so that acidity will bring freshness to our Fines Bulles without being aggressive. This wine is a blend of Chenin and Chardonnay grapes which gives to this wine a very large range of flavours. Savouring To be served at 8° C. Perfect for “apéritif” but also all meal long and for dessert. This is the perfect sparkling wine for weddings and all kind of celebrations.
