I really like chaos and energy and pushing and movement and growth and stress and trepidation. Because after they all pass, the emotions you feel are bigger and the pride is more intense. What that means is that I was not created to be happy with managing. What gets me jazzed is leading. This year we finished off our NEW NATIONAL AREA celebrations, and we’re figuring out exactly what we should be shooting for. We did awesome…but we aren’t pushing ourselves to finish something big. I like pushing. I think clarity is going to come when we all join together at the Princess Ball and see what that looks like. Who will join us to be a part of this history making event? Who will be in the line up of winners? Who will be given a reason to dream? Who will find her vision for the new year? I think my vision will be clearer when I see where I stand amongst the National Areas in the line up on stage. Will we like being ranked there? Will I stand tall? Will I look down the row and see clearly where I think we could be next year? I think I’ll be better able to transfer and share this idea I have about movement. This year we’re going to focus on MOVING people. We’re going to move prospects to be clients, clients to be hostesses, hostesses to be consultants, consultants to be red jackets and reds are going to earn cars and be directors, and my directors are going to move to be nationals. Yes, that’s what I see when I think about next year’s June. We need to return to chaos and energy and pushing and growth and stress and trepidation, so that come JULY 1, 2012, we’ll be finishing BIGGER and BETTER than ever before. Enjoy your victories, and expect me to be PUSHING a little more this year. That’s what I’m looking for……someone who wants to be pushed.

Scintillating

Superstars

Dear Scintillating Superstars,

Can I share a thought? I really like chaos

and energy and pushing and movement and

growth and stress and trepidation. Because

after they all pass, the emotions you feel are

bigger and the pride is more intense. What

that means is that I was not created to be

happy with managing. What gets me jazzed is

leading. This year we finished off our NEW

NATIONAL

AREA

celebrations,

and we’re

figuring out

exactly what we

should be

shooting for.

We did

awesome…but

we aren’t

pushing

ourselves to

finish something

big. I like

pushing.

I think clarity is going to come when we all

join together at the Princess Ball and see

what that looks like. Who will join us to be

a part of this history making event? Who

will be in the line up of winners? Who will

be given a reason to dream? Who will find

her vision for the new year?

I think my vision will be clearer when I see

where I stand amongst the National Areas in

the line up on stage. Will we like being

ranked there?

Will I stand tall? Will I look down the row

and see clearly where I think we could be

next year?

I think I’ll be better able to transfer and

share this idea I have about movement. This

year we’re going to focus on MOVING

people. We’re going to move prospects to

be clients,

clients to be

hostesses,

hostesses to be

consultants,

consultants to

be red jackets

and reds are

going to earn

cars and be

directors, and

my directors are

going to move

to be nationals.

Yes, that’s what

I see when I

think about next

year’s June. We need to return to chaos

and energy and pushing and growth and

stress and trepidation, so that come JULY 1,

2012, we’ll be finishing BIGGER and BETTER

than ever before.

Enjoy your victories, and expect me to be

PUSHING a little more this year. That’s

what I’m looking for……someone who

wants to be pushed.

Who

else could be

on this list by turning in

their accomplishment sheets to

Barb?

These BAR PIN numbers show your

personal sales, starting July 1, 2010 until

May 31, 2011. The only way we get this

total is from the accomplishment sheets

you turn in to our office.

Here’s how to earn a jeweled

BAR PIN: 1. Turn in ALL ACCOMPLISHMENT

SHEETS. If you are late, you can still turn

them in, but won’t receive IPA MK Bucks.

2. Make sure your totals match ours. Ask for

a print out of what we have, and compare

it to your sales. Your BAR PIN is

rounded to the thousand. (Ex: sell $4,999

and earn a $4000 Bar Pin.)

3. Turn in the voucher for what you sold at

the end of June. If your sales total is the

highest you’ve ever had, you get a brand

new, shiny, sparkling, rhinestone BAR PIN.

My Dream Corner…..I’m dreaming of the Princess Ball? I’m

seeing crystal clear images of consultants lining up to be recognized

on the courts. I can see the Consistency Courts exclaiming over

their rings. The 4 Quarter Star Consultants slipping on their zebra

watches, and our Retail Court winners are holding up their

necklaces. What I can’t see clearly is what color dress you’re

wearing. Sign up today, so you will be a part of our FIRST Princess

Ball. That’s a memory I’ll keep dreaming about!
