*Note: Enroll at anytime for our annual membership program. The 1st month of enrollment you will be debited $50, then the next 11 months will be
debited at the monthly rate listed above under Annual Enrollment. The front desk must receive a 30-day to discontinue your annual membership.

Class Descriptions
Total Wellness-San Marcos group classes are taught in a non-intimidating environment by highly skilled and enthusiastic
instructors, committed to providing and effective workouts. Our instructors will provide you with proper guidance so that coordination and experience are not necessary and will demonstrate modifications so that you will be able to set your own intensity.
Land-Based Classes
• AOA (Active Older Adults) Fit-Mix provides a complete workout in a fun and social environment. Improve your overall
functional fitness with our innovative exercises that target range of motion, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
• BEATZ is a drum-based total body workout that combines high-energy cardio and strength movements fueled by powerful
strikes using lightly weighted drumsticks.
• Cyclone ‘n Tone We’ve integrated the best of cycling and resistance training to push your body to its limits. This class combines
25 minutes of heart pumping cycling with 20 minutes of innovative muscular strength and endurance training.
• Group Personal Training is designed for those who want to be trained by a personal trainer. Each class will challenge the
group in a new and innovative way. Great for all levels of fitness, this session features resistance training, partner work, cardiovascular training, and a lot of muscle-burning fun!
• Kick-Box-Tone is a fun yet challenging full body workout that combines anaerobic drills integrating cardio kickboxing movements
and strength training exercises to burn calories and sculpt your body.
• R.I.P.P.E.D.®
Is a pre-choreographed, athletic-based workout that incorporates weights and cardio and is set to some awesome
music!
• Step ‘n Strength improves cardiovascular health and muscular fitness through step aerobics and a
variety of resistance training equipment (dumbbells, stability balls, weighted bars, etc.).
• Total Strength Training is for participants of all fitness levels who want to focus on developing
muscular strength and endurance as well as tighten and tone their bodies. This easy-to-follow workout challenges every muscle group and will have you coming back for more.
• Yoga provides a perfect blend of Yoga and athletic movements to soothe your soul while creating a strong,
toned, flexible, and relaxed mind and body.
• Zumba®
is a workout in a party atmosphere that fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms integrating dance and aerobic
elements to help improve balance, coordination, agility, muscle tone, and keep the heart healthy.
Water-Based Classes – Open to all levels of fitness & ability; no swimming skills necessary; low to no impact; enjoy the feeling
of weightlessness in this joint friendly environment; improves circulation thus decreasing swelling & discomfort; water provides
both resistance & assistance to movement; & is designed to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, balance &
endurance.
• Aqua Mix this class incorporates full body exercises of varying intensity in a fun, supportive environment. It is designed for
people looking for a fresh take on the classic aquatic class.
• H2O
+
is a non-impact workout designed to improve range of motion, cardiovascular and muscular fitness and assist in
maintaining and improving your functional fitness.

Fit-Kids Club
Our Fit-Kids Club (FKC) promotes physical activity in a safe supervised setting. Our instructors engage children ages 1 to 12
years in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate physical activity program. During the school year, FKC instructors will also assist children with their homework. All of our FKC Associates have passed a criminal background check, are certified in CPR and First Aid, and have experience in working with small children.
