    (1) Branch to header connection by reduced or equal tess or similar tothat shown in Figure K328.5.4 of ASME B31.3. SW fittings are notallowed. All welded branch connections shall be 100% radiography

    (2) Butt-welding ends of valves shall comply with chapter 7.2.2 of specification GS PVV 142.

    (3) Hub connectors shall be all of the same manufacturer. Onestandard ring per size required

    (4) Through conduit gate valve with solid slab gate and floating seat

    (5) Removable seat

    (6) Service pressure according to temperature and suppliersrecommendations. Use as per P&ID indications. Maximumtemperature = 180C.

    (13) Bolting shall meet the requirements of API 6A Table 10.15

    (14) Pipe thickness calculation and allowable stress shall be derivedfrom chapter 9 "High pressure piping" of ASME B31.3

    (15) Material as per chapter 9 of of ASME B31.3

    (16) Forged material in ASTM A694 grade F60

    (17) Required quality level for API 6A materials is PSL-3

    (18) Valves shall be API 10000 designed and tested in line with the API 6A, body and seat HP gas test included

    (19) Seats, seals, gaskets and packing, as applicable, to be resistantto explosion decompression

    (20) Material bolting in A193 B7M and A194 2HM shall mandatorilyused for piping confined under insulation.
