Postdocs

• Include a person who meets FSU’s definition of a postdoc and who was employed for all or part of the Fall semester 2014– August 8, 2014 – December 22, 2014– Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g., Sc.D., M.D.) in

an appropriate field within 5 years prior to initial appointment.

– Temporary traineeship with substantial mentored training in a field relevant to the trainee’s career path, including research, scholarship, or teaching.

What has happened to date

• Replacement of legacy system with Campus Solutions• CRM module being utilized to enhance communication

with prospects/applicant• scheduled communications (campaigns)

• Departments can review applications and send out recruitment messages

• 2,938 messages have been sent through scheduled marketing campaigns since the beginning of August
