Action and Indication: Temporary relief of minor
aches, pains, joints, backache, arthritis and strains,
sciaticatraumatic injury, sprains & bruising, muscular pain,
spasms and cramps, tension headaches, tight muscles of theneck and

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to

TIGER BALM
Action and Indication: Muscular aches and pains,
sprains, insect bites, itching and headache.
Chronic coughs (massage throat, front and back of chest), common
cold, muscle sprains, minorbleeding, sea sickness, mosquito bites,
itching and burns, rub oil on affected parts as frequently as
possible toproduce good results.
Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not apply to wounds or
damaged skin.
Tiger Balm is quickly absorbed by the skin, providing fast and
effective relief from muscular aches and pains. Itis non-irritating
and provides long lasting warmth to affected areas where

WHITE FLOWER OIL
Action Move qi, invigorates blood, dredges and opens the
channels and collaterals, relieves pain.
Indication: Minor muscles aches and pains from fatigue,
exertion, and athletic strain. Tensionheadaches, toothaches, tooth
abscesses, and irritation and itch form bug bites and stings.
Apply tothe sides of the nose to relieve nasal
congestion.
Use as a topical liniment for wind cold
damp bi syndrome causing stiffness, poor
circulation, or sore muscles. It can be applied to joints
and lower back. It is useful for dispellingblood stasis in
traumatic injury and swelling. Use for rheumatism, arthritis,
neuralgia, lumbar pain,bruises, and traumatic swellings. This can
be used as a liniment for Tui Na massage.

YUN NAN BAI YAO
Action: Stops bleeding, dispels blood stasis,
disperses swelling, and relieves pain.
(YUNNAN PAIYAO) , powder state is usually used externally
and the capsule is for the internally use.
Indication: Use cautiously if you are pregnant
1. Sore throat, chronic gastralgia, hemorrhages of gastric and
duodenal ulcers
2. Hemoptysis due to tracheitis pneumonia, bronchiectasis and
pulmonitis
3. Women's blood diseases, such as dysmenorrhea,

ZHENG GU SHUI
Action: Invigorates blood, breaks blood stasis,
moves qi, stops bleeding, disperses swelling, strengths tendon
and bone, dredges and opens the channels and collaterals,
relieves pain.
Indication - BRUISING, Acute sprains, torn or inflamed
ligaments, Broken bones (with NO broken skin). Thisis an analgesic
for pains of muscles, joints, bruises, and strains.
As a trauma liniment, it is applicable for other acute
injuries marked by swelling or pain. This is also useful as
massage liniment before or after exercise and can be added to
bath water.
This is the liniment of choice for bone fracture. Gauze, cotton
balls or cloth is soaked in the liquid, andapplied (or sprayed)
directly to the fracture for thirty minutes up to two hours,
follows with wraps soaked inZheng Gu Shui before applying splints
for deep fracture.
