N e v e r t h e l e s s , a s com-pared w i t h o t h e r d r u g s m i n o x i d i l a p p l i e d t o p i c a l l y i sr e l a t i v e l y n o n - t o x i c , i s easy to use, and h a s no s y s t e m i cor l o c a l s i d e e f f e c t s .
