Instruction model: Frontal with one computer ICT Tools involved: YouTube, Flipsnack.com Outline of the lesson/activity: Show animated versions of two “Dirty Beasts” from YouTube (but have downloaded versions available in case of Internet problems), discuss structure and content of poems, give ordered instructions as to how to write their poem, they write (or if have access to computer room type use ‘Word’) their poems and then illustrate (either by hand or on the computer). Then all is uploaded to flipsnack.com to make a computerized book. Some poems are submitted to Jelly ‘Kids Read’ Magazine.
