The TopDalle Eco system slab formwork combines safety and ecology. TopDalle Eco system is polyvalent and meets the requirements of all types of construcƟon: oces, residenƟal, reƟrement homes, hospitals and prisons. TopDalle Eco improves safety, working condiƟons and environmental factors. The TopDalle Eco aluminium alloy modular formwork system comprises three new elements: the Eco+ panel, the ex- tendable primary beam and the angular secondary beam. For greater safety, the Eco+ panel enables slab formwork to be constructed that oers characterisƟcs of a solid panel working plaƞorm — limiƟng the risk of tripping, slipping, fall- ing from height or falling objects. TopDalle Eco is simple and quick to install, providing producƟvity of 30 m2/man/ day, at a height of 2.50 m. The grooved extendable primary beam facilitates layout design and limits the number of dierent elements on the work site. TopDalle Eco formwork meets the requirements of the decree of September 2004, relaƟng to falls from height; of standards NF E 85-014 and NF X 35-109, relaƟng to risks of tripping, slipping and falling objects; and to the manual han- dling of loads. Environmental factors were considered in the manufacture of the Eco+ panel frame, which is enƟrely in recycled and recyclable aluminium alloy. Raw material provisioning sources are selected to be as close as possible to our sub- contractors, to minimize shipping distances. The panel design also saves 25 percent volume when packaged. Eco+ panels, when covered with plywood nailed to wooden plugs, allow concrete slabs of more than 60 cm to be poured, while respecƟng regulatory distorƟon tolerances. Furthermore, the shape of the frame strip limits the laitance on the verƟcal wall. Like all Alphi formwork systems, TopDalle Eco has been granted the “Origine France GaranƟe” label. All Alphi products are cerƟed compliant with applicable standards by the Savoy University LOCIE laboratory. TopDalle Eco is safe, easy to use, more environmentally friendly and long lasƟng. The exclusive extrusion system gives a one-piece, wide secƟon beam, oering strength and durability. Work, such as manual handling of loads and dicult working posiƟons, is made easier with hand-portable elements that oer a weight saving of 20 percent in relaƟon to currently known soluƟons, and with more ergonomic operaƟng posiƟons. The aluminum alloy is easy to repair, simplifying customer support and providing an excellent cost/strength raƟo. Work- ers have a solid surface for beƩer producƟvity and limited risk for falls from heights, tripping or slipping. The conƟnuous adjustment of the extendable primary beam and the angular secondary beam allow work closer to the edges of the cell. The extendable primary beam reduces the number of products in the range and increases producƟvity. The shape of the Eco+ panel limits the laitance on the verƟcal wall. PlasƟc end plugs absorb impacts and improve producƟvity through simpler recogniƟon of various beam models. TopDalle Eco is protected by a patented resin that limits the risk of theŌ. TopDalle Eco provides a safe working zone, exceeding the requirements of decree 2004-924 and compliant with the work plaƞorms standard. Easier working, due to the adjoining Eco+ panels.
