Top Connect is a premium tele communications company and the largest alternative carrier in the Baltic States. We service over 700 million minutes annually and are connected to over 20 major international carriers.

We have over 30 national interconnects in the Baltic and international PoPs in Frankfurt, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. We operate 3 stm1s from Frankfurt (Ancotel ) to Tallinn solely for international traffic purposes. We are expanding to South-East Asia and Latin America to ensure easier access to our service as well as improved quality to cover these regions.

This allows us to engage in mergers and acquisitions in order to increase our market presence and market share. By doing so we are obtaining new technologies and implementing them in our services. Top Connect is also a mvno. Our main product is TravelSim, an international roaming gsm card. It allows travelers around the globe to have one cell phone number everywhere they go. TravelSim continuously attracts new

distributors and is being used under different brands all around the globe. We are expanding its pres-

ence in numerous parts of the world and are building up TravelSim as the primary roaming alternative for everyone who travels outside

their home country. TravelSim has over 3.2 million customers and is adding 50 000

customers a month.
