Relentless improvement.” This statement came from Rob Carrick, longtime financial columnist for The Globe and Mail, describing Qtrade Investor’s sixth consecutive number one ranking in its 2011 Online Brokers Survey. And after more than a decade in the industry, Qtrade Investor continues to hold its own in the market’s top tier. One of the recent honours for Canada’s leading online brokerage comes from Surviscor, which named it Top Customer Service Firm in Canada in its 2013 review, with 94 per cent in the discount brokerage category, well ahead of the competition.
