The principleThe LUBING Top-Climate-System has been developed for an effective humidifying, cooling and dust bin-ding of the house air. It works accor-ding to the principle of the direct eva-porative cooling.

CoolingThrough high pressure nozzles water is injected into the house air with a pressure of 70 bar as fog.

The fog evaporates immediately and causes the cooling of the house air by extracting heat. This cooling effect saves energy because the ventilation rate can be throttled.

HumidifyingDuring heating periods and after the arrival of young animals the LUBING Top-Climate-System is used for the ri-se of the humidity to optimum value.

The LUBING Top-Climate-System for pigs allows an effective aircondition- ing on the pig sector. The system co- operates successfully with any kind of ventilation system, no matter if it con-cerns a comb house or a single house:

The LUBING Top-Climate-System oper- ates separately in every single com-partment with only one pump unit, so different house areas can be cooled, moistened and soaked.

Pump ECO Vario 300 The Eco Vario has an automatic speed regulator (frequency 6-60 Hz). This way the pump can adjust the feed ca-pacity automatically to the required volume of water, also when only indi-vidual sections in multi-compartment stables are supplied. Art. 7665.
