INTRODUCTION

Similar to a human operator, the tool or robot can

be enabled to interpret and capture the actions of

an existing application used in a business process.

Once the RPA tool has been configured with

well-defined rules, they can perform the functions

exactly as a human operator, without the errors

involved, and with enhanced productivity. The
