Tool: Stakeholder AnalysisPurpose: To identify everyone, from start to finish, who will be affected by the process change.
The Stakeholder Analysis also provides the “big picture” in which the process is situated.
By understanding our stakeholders, we can foresee who may have grievances that need to be addressed.
By understanding who is affected, we can identify who to include in our Communication Plan.
