Review the TOEFL iBT Registration Form (PDF) for information you will be asked to provide when you call. 2. Please have A valid credit card is required (American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or Visa® card), or an electronic check (e-check) if you have a bank account in the United States or its territories. 3. Late registration is 3 days prior to the dates listed below unless test date has been canceled. 4. ETS will cancel a test date if no one has registered 7 days prior to the test date. 5. Candidates may not make any changes to the Name and Date of Birth fields in their online profile. Contact ETS TOEFL Services PRIOR TO the test date for assistance. Information cannot be changed at the test center. Register with UCM’s Office of Accessibility Services (Union 222 www.ucmo.edu/access). 2. Sign the document of release for accommodations with Testing Services. Day of the Test 1. Bring your passport with you. Your identification will be checked before you are admitted. 2. Consider bringing a light snack for your scheduled rest break. 3. Bring a light jacket or sweater so that you can adapt to any room temperature.
