With all the worry and concern about eating properly, nutritionist Rosalyn Newhouse recently taught a fewclasses in proper nutrition, but also, fun nutrition. Whenwe struggle to get vegetables into our body, she cameup with a great recipe for savory pancakes or waffles.

Actually, I believe her daughter helped her with this!

    Makes about 6 - 8 pancakes

Ingredients 1-2 T olive oil1 t butter1 T each: minced onions, minced mushrooms, chippedbell pepper, asparagus, carrot shreds or any otherfinely chopped veggie you like

Seasonings: minced herbs such as basil, parsley, thyme, oregano, marjoram, garlic flakes, or minced garlic andsea salt2 cups brown rice flower2 eggs1 cup water

    Snack Attack

Where to Start? The key to success is to choose something new, butAnd dont worry about being good at it, just trysomething. Here are some ideas:

Try photography or photo manipulation.Make an object by sewing, knitting, or somecraft.Try stop-motion animation with clay and a dcamera. Not a writer? Take a writing class. Not an illustrator or designer? Take a drawinclass.

What new creative activity would you like to try?

Instructions 1) Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan andsaute the minced vegetables and seasoningsuntil just softened. Stir the rice flour, eggs, andwater together in a large bowl. Add morewater for a thinner batter or more flour for a thicker batter.

    2) Add the sauteed vegetables to the batterand stir thoroughly.

    3) Drop by 1/4 cup portions onto a heated, lightly oiled griddle and let sit for a minute ortwo. When the pancake is dry on the top, flipit over and cook for another minute or two.

Serve with butter. Leftovers make great "bread" slices.

Fight Creative ExhaustionWhen you have to be creative on-demand in your day job, things can get very tiring. Adding new creative muscles willhelp you feel and thinkdifferently, especially if theyre in atotally different field. There are lots of benefits to taking upa new art:

Feed your need to be creative withoutworrying about making moneyMake creative connections and be exposed tonew influencesTake a break from working on a screen.Learn things that will influence your day job.

How can we survive in chaos? How can we survive in theworkplace or church or any social setting when things start to go awry? Believe it or not, we are in charge of our ownfeelings. People who never have learned that need to readabout cognitive behavioral therapy. It helps you understandthat you are indeed in charge of your own emotions. You candetermine your own happiness. Imagine that! Below aresome great ideas from Kristen Fischer for coping with chaosor struggles within your life. Pick one and work on it.

    1) While some things can't be avoided, like a new policy that cramps your style, for example, there are otherthings that can. So when something out of your control happens, you can also choose your reaction. Bygrumbling about it with coworkers or friends, you're only harboring negativity.

Try to remain positive and flexible. Chances are, your boss will see how adaptive you are, which is vital for long-term career success. View your company as a living, breathing thing. There will always be changes andadjustments. You'll rise above if you go with the flow. While that doesn't mean you can't voice your opinion ordiscontentment with something, it does mean you should stay professional should you choose to speak out.

    2) Be the middle man. Oh, this is so much easier than it sounds, I know! The best thing to do when people put you in the middle is to keep communication open and not show favor--even when you personally favor someoneover the other. This is business and things need to stay professional.

By staying neutral, you'll be able to facilitate conflict resolution and not get involved in it. If you're stuck between two people or parties, you can also build trust this way. This will help resolve the discrepancy while

keeping you focused on your duties.

    3) Get an outlet. It's inevitable that your emotions will get fired up, but it's again how you choose to react that helps separate you from the crowd. Choose outlets to vent that don't include coworkers. Talk with a friend or afamily member about the issues. This will enable you to blow off steam and see things more objectively.

    Surviving in Chaos

    4) Dont make it personal. This is really hard, because I do believe that business can be personal when yourenot around people who understand and practice professionalism. You never know who youll need help from inthe future, so you want to be in good standing with all coworkers. Plus, even work friends will most likelychoose themselves over you if it comes down to the line. Point is, you can only trust yourself at work.

Its okay to have allies in the workplace, but you want to avoid

using them and venting to them. Situations can turn ugly realfast when things come to a boil.

This morning as I waswalking into work, Ivisited with a lady whowas also heading in. I

asked her if she wascoming to work out. That was all it took; thisstory ensued.

She said that hermother has beencoming for a month andhas already experiencedbetter health, weight loss, feeling better, down a dress

size, and the ability to fit backinto her car. She raved aboutthe water aerobics class led byJulie. She pointed her motherout to me. She was walking inahead of us.

Her mother had brought threefriends with her today. Theywere going to get day passesto try out the facilities basedon her testimony.

When I got inside, I foundCarol Budweg, the mother. She was sitting on her walker, waiting while her friendssigned up for day passes. Iasked her about herexperiences at the Kroc

Center. She just beamed asshe told me the story. She saidshe has gained over 100pounds in the last couple of years and had settled into avery sedentary life style. Shehas arthritis in her knees, sobad, that she couldn't lift herlegs more than a coupleinches. She had gained somuch weight that she was nolonger able to fit in her car.

    About a month ago, she

started coming to Julie's wateraerobics, every day. Carol'spain has greatly diminished. She can now lift her legs at a45 degree angle (straight out). She has lost weight and had toorder a size smaller swimsuit. She just called the company tosay that she now needs it to

    be an additional sizesmaller.

She feels like she isgetting back to theperson she used to

be. After water aerobics, she walks in the lazyriver. She said she spendsan hour and half in the

water every day that shecomes, five days a week.

She and her daughterboth commented onwhat a wonderfulinstructor Julie is. Carolsaid they have a

household membership sinceshe lives with her daughterand family. They are saving

money by coming to the Krocbecause of the great familyplan rate. She said that both of her grandsons, ages 2 and 3,are climbing the rock wall andloving it. The whole family isgetting into it, she says.

It has been a blessing for thewhole family. Carol's goal is toeventually walk into the KrocCenter without the help of herwalker. Carol gave mepermission to share this story.

She said that she noticed thatat the Kroc Center, people arenot just interested in herphysical health, but they areinterested in her as a person. She said that makes all the

difference. This is what we areall about, everyone. Praise theLord. We are here to reachbodies and souls for Christ.

The Biblical Fall Feasts The fall is full of holidays: LaborDay, Grandparents Day,

Halloween, Thanksgiving. Thereare also biblical holidays, or whatsome call Jewish feasts: RoshHashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot. These feasts are rich in traditionand symbolism, and perhaps evenprophecy about our Messiah. Thespring festivals had signi cance inGods plan in the rst century:Jesus was cruci ed during Passover, resurrected during the Feast of

Firstfruits, and the Holy Spiritdescended on his followers duringShavuot, or, as its more commonlyreferred to, Pentecost. I believe thefall festivals point to Gods act ions,as well. Theyve also become animportant part of my spiritualwalk.

ROSH HASHANAHThe Jewish New Year, The Feast of Remembrance, The Feast of Trumpets

In the seventh month, on the rst of the month, there shall be a sabbath for you, aremembrance with shofar blasts, a holy convocation. -Leviticus 16:24

Rosh Hashanah is commonly referred to as the Jewish New Year. As opposed to theAmerican festivities of partying and watching football and parades, Rosh Hashanah is oneof the holiest days of the year. Its used as a time of re ection. Like new yearsresolutions, people who celebrate this holiday typically introspect about the last year andplan to make changes.

Rosh Hashanah is also called The Feast of Trumpets because God told the Israelites to soundthe trumpet on this day. He doesnt give a reason for this; some people believe it is a call torepentance. A loud trumpet blast to remind you of mistakes youve made in the last year -sounds effective to me. Rosh Hashanah is a declared Sabbath, even if it falls on any of the sixdays. Many people gather at the synagogue and pray together. There are other traditions not found in the bible. One is called Tashlikh, which means

    9/23

casting off. People keep bread crumbs intheir pockets, then move to a body of moving water and throw away thecrumbs, symbolically casting off their sins.Another practice is dipping apples or

bread in honey to celebrate the sweetnessof the new year.

All of these traditions are fascinating, buthow does this apply to us? In Jesus life, heprobably heard the trumpet blasts comingfrom the temple. He was probably in thetemple or synagogue with others, praying, and perhaps re ecting on his life and whatwas in store for him. Celebrating RoshHashanah is one way to show af nity to

Jesus lifestyle.I also believe that God established theseholidays for a reason. The Hebrew wordfor these feasts is moedim which meansappointed times. One way to look at itis that God has made appointments in hisday-timer to meet with his people.Although centuries of distance betweenJudaism and Christianity have labeledthese feasts exclusively Jewish, they arein our bible and were instituted by ourGod.Many believes wonder if Rosh Hashanahwill have a literal meaning in the future.

Will there be a time when the trumpetswill sound and call us all to repentance?

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 says,For the Lord himself will come down fromheaven, with a loud command, with thevoice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God , and the dead inChrist will rise rst. After that, we who are

still alive and are left will be caught uptogether with them in the clouds to meetthe Lord in the air. And so we will be withthe Lord forever. (emphasis mine) Its alsomentioned in Matthew 24:30-31 and 1Corinthians 15:51-52.

What do you think? Coincidence orconnection?

This year, Rosh Hashanah is Thursday,September 9th. In the Hebrew calender, days begin at sunset of the previous day,so observance of Rosh Hashanah will start

Wednesday, September 8th. It lasts twodays, ending Friday night.

    YOM KIPPURDay of Atonement

This is to be a lasting ordinance for you: Atonement is to be made once a year forall the sins of Israelites. -Leviticus 16:34

Yom Kippur is sometimes considered theholiest day of the year. A season of tendays between Rosh Hashanah and YomKippur is often called the Days of Awe.This time is lled with repentance andseeking forgiveness for any past offenses.

Yom Kippur marks the end of these days.

  • 8/8/2019 Today's Spiritual Woman Fall 2010

    10/23

Its a solemn day marked by fasting andpraying.

There are a few different interpretationson the meaning of the atonement. Jews

believe that there are books in which Godwrites names for judgment or for life. Thisday is, in a way, a last chance to showyour repentance and make amends. Itssurrendering in front of God and hopingfor his mercy.

Believers in Jesus believe that God hasatoned for our sins through the death andresurrection of Jesus. On the cross, Jesustook the punishment that we deserved for

our sin, and so we have a chance to bewith God. On the Day of Atonement, weshow our surrender, we mourn our sinsand lack of fellowship with God.

I believe its important to note that oursalvation never depends on us. We can tachieve it by not eating for forty days orby af icting ourselves as harshly as we can.It all depends on Gods grace and mercy. This day and our solemnity is just a way toshow that we recognize we are too weakto achieve salvation on our own and werely fully on God. This year, Yom Kippurbegins the evening of Friday, September17th.

SUKKOTThe Feast of Booths, The Feast of Ingathering, The Season of our Rejoicing

On the fteenth day of the seventh monththe Lord's Feast of Tabernacles begins, andit lasts for seven days. -Leviticus 23:34

Fortunately, the mourning does not lastlong. Just as repentance leads to joy, YomKippur is shortly followed by Sukkot, oneof the most joyous feasts of the year!Sukkot lasts for eight days; the rst and

last days of the feast are Sabbaths.

    Its a period of time where people r e m em b e r t h e I s r a e l i t e s wandering inthe desert by staying in booths for the

eight days. The booth is called a sukkah ,where families eat their meals and sleep.

Its also a time of expectation for whenGod will dwell with us again. In the newheaven, there will be no temple, whichacts as a proxy between God and hispeople on earth, because the Lord willdwell with us (Revelation 21:22).This feast has a signi cance for the nations,as well. Zechariah 14:16 reads, Then the

survivors from all the nations that haveattacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. Many people interpret thisto take place during the thousand yearreign of Christ mentioned in Revelation20. Eventually, all the nations willcelebrate Sukkot and wait in expectationfor the time when we live with God. Whata promise!

The Feast of Sukkot begins the evening of the 22 nd of September, and is celebratedfor 7 days until the 29th.

This fall, if youd like to celebrate thefeasts, God will meet all those who decide. His day timer is full of biblical feasts; makethe time to meet him, re ect on your life, and rejoice because of your redemption.

Janes Travels August 28th, 2010Dear Spiritual Woman,

As far as I vaguely remember (a world of stuff, bothgood and not-so-good, has happened to me in themeantime!), in my latest letter that I wrote to you, some six months ago, I was telling you about Egypt, where I had spent two beautiful summer weeks while the long winter was still raging here in Romania.

Well, this time Im going to tell you about Scandinavia, that is: Sweden, Finland and Norway. And, well, somepeople consider Denmark to be part of it, too.

To say that those are beautiful countries is to state

the obvious. A little googling around can easily bringsolid proof of that: from the Aurora Borealis to thetypical Finnish landscapes, always involving birches, firs and incredibly clear lakes; from Santas villageon the Arctic Circle, near Rovaniemi, Finland, to thebreathtakingly beautiful fjords of Norway; fromHamlets castle in Drottningholm, Denmark, to therugged Norwegian islands Scandinavia has sure gotit all, man-made as well as natural wonders, including sandy beaches where the locals lay in thesun and bathe in the crystal-clear waters, as naturallyas you and I might do while in the Bahamas.

Because, oh yes, there is life beyond the Arctic Circle!Life and sunshine and warmth and bright flowers and

reindeer walking unhurriedly across or along theroads and fish and sea- gulls Of course, it was mainlythe endless, serene skies that made it all seem a trueHeaven on Earth because, on the other hand, I justcannot imagine what it would be like to live, formonths on end, in the frozen darkness of the longpolar winter!

The so- called midnight sun makes for quite aninteresting compensation though, as well as thenever-ending day it causes during the summermonths: to us, the succession of only bright daylightand twilight was definitely something worthexperiencing and highly recommendable, in the sensethat its probably the trips to such faraway places thatgive you a better sense of how complex, well-proportioned and logical our world really is. (Nexttime someone tells you about how the entire Universeoriginated from that primeval atom, just turn yourback on them!)

Its funny how Scandinavia seems, from all p oints view, too much (that is: too large, too beautiful, toodifferent) to put into words. And taking picturesdoesnt always help, either: certain sections of thescenery would require at least panoramic cameras;otherwise, its really just your very o wn eyes thacould possibly take it all in, but, alas! not keep it inthere forever, as you may wish they were able to do

  • 8/8/2019 Today's Spiritual Woman Fall 2010

    15/23

That is why my advice to you would simply be: giventhe chance, go there! Go there in mid-summer, whenthe average temperature is around 70 F, so youwould have one less thing to worry about. Go thereand let go of everything, rest your eyes on themountains and the sea, breathe in the unspeakablyfresh air, eat reindeer soup and whale stew, drink tap

water, buy yourself a tiny wooden troll (WARNING:Scandinavia is very, very expensive by anyonesstandards!), pick up and take with you a couple of white-orange-and- gray stones and, if youre lucky, touch a glacier or pet a reindeer!

Its a different world up there though maybe, cometo think of it, not that different: even though theirmother tongues sound all too strange to non-nativespeakers, everyone there speaks perfect English; even

though the roads are narrow and winding, there arethousands of tourists driving their custom vans, motorbikes and cars on them; even though thepopulation of say the Kingdom of Norway has lessthan five million permanent residents on almost150.000 sq mi, youll never feel lost or alone there. Not unless you want to feel that way.

Whether or not Scandinavia is, as it was in my case, along-cherished and long-postponed dream of yours,do summon up all of your courage and go there:theres just so much to see, and its never too selfishto want to see it all!

BE POPULAR AT WORK: 4 STEPS By Kate Lorenz, CareerBuilder.com

For years we've heard that it's more important to berespected than liked. Yet study after study isproving conventional wisdom wrong -- findinginstead that the road to success is more often aseries of popularity contests.

Research at Columbia University shows that jobs, pay raises and promotions are more apt to beawarded based on a worker's charisma than on hisor her academic background or professionalqualifications. Outplacement firm Challenger, Grayand Christmas found that during corporatedownsizings, hiring and firing decisions boil down tohow well people are liked by their supervisors.

"It's not enough just to do a good job; you have to belikeable in the eyes of your employer," sayscompany president James Challenger. The goodnews is likability is a skill that can be learned.

After two years and a quarter million pages of research, Tim Sanders, leadership coach at Yahoo!and author of "The Likeability Factor," has unlockedthe secrets to having a magnetic personality. "Whenpeople encounter you, they subconsciously askthemselves four questions that determine yourlikability or 'L-Factor'," Sanders explains. "First, theyseek friendliness. Then, they ask themselves if youare relevant to them. Next, they ponder whetheryou have empathy for them. Finally, they askthemselves if you are 'real' -- that is, authentic andhonest.

If the answers to those four questions areaffirmative, you receive a high Likeability Factor."To up your "L-factor," Sanders offers a four-stepprocess:

Step One: Increase Your Friendliness Your friendliness is a function of your ability tocommunicate openness and welcome to others.Make an effort to greet people cheerfully, smileoften and adopt a friendly mindset that youcommunicate through positive body language andwords.

    Step Two: Raise Your Relevance

Your relevance has to do with your connection toothers' interests, wants and needs. The morerelevant you are, the more people like you.Relevance has three levels:

Contact . The odds are, likability will increasewith "functional distance," such as sitting nextto someone at a party or living nearby.

Mutual Interests . Having common interests orexperiences makes people feel validated andgenerates a sense of community and personalrespect.

Value . Relevance is strongest when the valueyou offer meets another person's wants andneeds. This produces positive attitudes in theperson's mind and contributes to your allure. Tobecome more relevant, find ways to connectwith the interests and needs of others. Knowwhat they're passionate about outside of work.Be aware of their emotional needs and willingto respond to them.

Step Three: Show Empathy Your empathy reflects your capacity to see thingsfrom another person's point of view and to

experience his or her feelings yourself. When youconnect with someone's feelings, and they believeyou're "with them," it delivers a psychological hug.Ask yourself, do I:

Know how that person is feeling about his or herlife situation these days?Understand what it must feel like to performthe person's tasks day after day -- be it caring

for an elderly relative at home or managing aheavy workload?Share the same emotions about key issues? Bymaking yourself more emotionally available, your connection with people -- and yourlikability -- will grow dramatically.

Step Four: Keep It Real Realness is consistency between your beliefs andactions. To be true to yourself and others, you needto:

Do what you want to be doing in life. Live with purpose. Commit to the principles of your work. Be the same person on the outside as you are

on the inside. Be direct and honest with others. The more you

live by your values, the more your perceivedrealness will elevate.

Conversely, if people decide you're not real, they willdiscount your friendliness, relevance and empathy --and probably dislike you. "Basically, likability comesdown to creating positive emotional experiences inothers," Sanders concludes. "When you make othersfeel good, they tend to gravitate to you."

I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.Psalm 9:1

It is good to give thanks to the Lord,to sing praises to your name, O Most High;Psalm 92:1

The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies me;to one who orders his way rightly I will show the salvation of God!

Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name;make known his deeds among the peoples!

Sing to him, sing praises to him;tell of all his wondrous works!Psalm 105:1-2

Giving ThanksFor the hay and the corn and the wheat that is reaped,For the labor well done, and the barns that are heaped,

For the sun and the dew and the sweet honeycomb,

For the rose and the song and the harvest broughthome --

    Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving!

For the trade and the skill and the wealth in our land,For the cunning and strength of the workingman's hand,

For the good that our artists and poets have taught,For the friendship that hope and affection have brought

    A Womans Beauty

Do not let your adornment be merely outward arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fineapparel 4 rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. 5 For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands. ~1 Peter 3: 3-5

Contrary to what we get told by ourculture and the media, the beautyof a woman is not in the outerappearance. We are foreverbombarded with products that are

supposed to make us more beautiful as if we are not beautiful the waywe are. Creams to either hide oreliminate wrinkles, hairstyles anddyes to colour our hair to hide thegrey. Make up that masks our realfaces, and jewelry & clothing tomake us more attractive.

None of these really matter. Theyre not wrong in themselves, but our attitude behind it shouldnot be in the need of these things to make us more attractive. If we are concerned with the we look, and care more about grooming our outward, it may be that we are discontented wwho we really are. God wants us to be concerned with the inside the real us. This is where thereal beauty is. Having a pretty face, a perfect figure and all the accessories that go along wmeans nothing in the light of eternity. It only reflects the culture we live in, and I think tculture needs to be challenged. After having my daughter (after 3 boys), I noticed the kind toys available to girls. A lot have to do with Beauty & Glamour. I had to ask myself, wof message is this sending?

I believe we need to get passed being overly concerned with our outward appearance, concentrate more on whats inside. Allow the Holy Spirit to beautify the inside. For whehave Gods beauty inside, it reflects on the outside and then we wont need the creams andmake-up to make ourselves beautiful. We will have the natural beauty of a Godly woman, that beauty is eternal.

THE BIG JUMPLord, we ask your blessing and anointing upon thistime and may you be glorified this day. Amen.

Do you jump to conclusions? Are you a scenariothinker? Let me give you an example of a scenariothinker.

When I get an email from Major Jerry that says,

Cindy,Could you come to my office? Thanks, Major Jerry

What do you think goes through my mind? YIKES!Am I in trouble?

Thats a scenario thinker: mulling it over withoutany real evidence, asking your fellow coworkerswhat they think about this email (not that any of us do that).

Of course what would help would be this kind of email that says,

Dear Cindy (My favorite employee)Could you come to my office for a moment? Ibought you a latte.

    Thanks,Major Jerry

Im not saying that would never happen but, thetruth is: scenario thinking is a trap.

1 Thessalonians 4:11 says: This should be yourambition; to live a quiet life, minding your ownbusiness and doing your own work.

Philippians 4:6 from the Living Bible says: Dontworry about anything; instead pray about

    everything.

Quit worrying about someone who doesnt returnyour greeting in the hall (maybe they werethinking about work). Pray a quick prayer of joyfor them, instead of spreading your annoyancelater to several someone elses.

Spread the joy of peace. Be a peacemaker. Wadethrough the warm water and dont react to thosewho toss pebbles into your pool hoping to ruffle

your feathers. Be anxious about nothing. Dontcarry around little pebbles to throw in someoneelses pool.

In the KJV of John 7:24, it says: Judge notaccording to the appearance, but judge righteous

    judgment.

When we JUMP to conclusions we sometimes jump on and trample a tender spirit just on thebrink of tasting the truth of knowing Christ. For example: at our homeless shelter over on

Front St. there are many folks over there whoappear to be cold and uncaring. We could judgethat they are not interested in anything about

Christ or coming to church by the appearance of their attitude. Yet, what a surprise to see thenumber of shelter residents that attendedRichards Monday night bible study.

These folks watch us during the day to see if wereally possess the peace of Christ that we preachon. They need to know its real.

If you are jumping to conclusions as a lifestyle, then becoming a Peace Maker gets lost in theshuffle.

    Dont jump to conclusions!

After leaving the shelter a month or so ago I washeading north on River Rd. I got a call from somefriends of mine, so I pulled over into a parking lotup from Fred Meyer to answer their call. Theysaid they were at the shelter so I turned around inthe parking lot to get back into traffic and headback to the shelter. Little did I know I was pullingout of the parking lot of an Adult book store! Pluson the back of my car was my website. Wow, talkabout perception problems. I really got a ribbingfor that.

No one knows each moment of our day but God.Dont draw conclusions. We see only a smallpiece of whats happening around us, lifes trialsand terrors. They are only a single moment out of a magnificent book: Our Biography.

We spend so much time trying to fix whatshappened to us all the years before that we forgetabout all the years ahead.

    How old are you?

Are you 43? You may have a good 40 years aheador more.

Are you 35? You have a good 40 or 50 yearsahead.

Are you 24? The sky is the limit!

Dont let Satan rob you by dragging these lastyears of your life behind you like an aching tooth.Change directions: Go for a job you love. Prepare, study, go to a vocational school. Get serious aboutrehab.

Im over 60 and I figure I have another good 20years. Wow 20 years.

Matthew 6:34 from the Living Bible says: So dontbe anxious about tomorrow. God will take careof your tomorrow too. Live one day at a time.

Be at peace. . .be a Peace Maker.

Imagine this. . .Its dusk out and you get a littlehungry so you decide to walk down to the 7/11 toget 2 or 3 Hershey Bars. On your way back you see5 or 6 big guys heading your way (do you cross thestreet?) Its dark now and they are pushing andshoving each other around. Fear sets in. . .then, allof a sudden they pass under a street light and youcan see they are all carrying bibles. Now how doyou feel?

When fear sets in God will send us a ray of light torestore our peace. Walk away from jumping toconclusions and scenario thinking.

    Be full of peace.

Dont underestimate the Peace Makers. . .they areSpiritual Bodyguards for those of us who jump toconclusions or are scenario thinkers.

    Lets remember:

There is always something, that is why Jesusmust be everything.
