Keep track of your belongings
• Where you sit
• Put your materials under your chair---not in the aisle please
• Keep your hands off of other peoples belongings
Step Forward----where you belong
• Please stay seated unless you are a person assigned to get supplies for your group, or it is a class activity
Be styling with good taste ----just be sweet
• Choose your words carefully….Say what you mean and mean what you say
• WATCH your tone and attitude-----and chill first.• We are here to encourage you to reach farther
than you even think you can. Be coachable and know we will be “real” with you.
• “The best basketball players are not in the NBA-----the best coachable players are.”
• When you're competing, you don't have the choice of what the weather will be like. It really doesn't affect me. I ran one of my fastest times in the New York Diamond League meeting last year. It was raining pretty hard then.
Bring your supplies each day
• I still find it strange, I suppose, when I say to someone, 'Can you just pass me my leg?'
