Upon completion of the Vysotsk Terminal (located near St. Petersburg) scheduled to be finished in the last quarter of 2003, 800,000 to 1.2 million barrels of refined product will be made available to Getty. This new supply point will contribute substantial contributors to Getty's earnings.
