Small Pilgrim activity aims at making our

students aware of Hajj rituals and the purpose behind performing it. Wellington Primary

School students performed all these rituals practically.

a result, Islamic department

organizes suitable activities in

which students are helping

themselves to be independent

learners through searching on

the network, using I Pads for

project base learning and using

laptops for initiating Islamic

researches.

GWPS Muslim students have achieved a

tremendous progress in memorizing and reciting

the Holy Qur’an during the morning Qur’an classes

which were held at school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 to 7:30 by Islamic teachers.

Students were awarded for their outstanding progress.

GWPS Muslim students have linked between Islamic lessons and

scientific facts collaboratively.

GWPS Muslim students had an Islamic assembly. There

were two separate assemblies, one for Islamic B and other for Islamic A.
