Today in Children's Ministries, we read Chapter 4 of THE STORY: "Out of Egypt" Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." Exodus 14:13 ,14 DRIVE TIME REVIEW: Review today's lesson on your way home from church. Have a contest between family members. Who can be the most still? Try it for 60 seconds and then talk about it. In today’s Bible reading, the Israelites were facing a huge problem. God’s answer was to be still and watch him work. Do you think that was hard to do? Let every person share one problem or challenge he faces. Is it hard to be still and wait on the Lord to help solve it? SEPTEMBER 29 - Campus Life for Wabash High School during advisory period. OCTOBER 1 - High School Group @ The Eaton's 6:30-8:30pm. Dinner provided. FALL IMPACT - OCTOBER 10-12 This event is for grades 7-12. For only $40, you can spend the weekend in Michigan at a college campus doing some service, worshipping with friends, and going to a Switchfoot and Gungor concert. Pick up a registration form in the breezeway for more info. Brandon will be out of town this weekend, so you will need to coordinate transportation through Pat Byers. BEYOND Fall Retreat - OCTOBER 24-26 Are you missing summer and CIY? Well, we have something for you! We will be doing a Fall Retreat with two other churches. It's a mini-CIY conference called Beyond.
