Overview
TOBRUK Sheep Station, the most beautiful and most authentic rural and outback experience in the Sydney region.
• Tobruk is a REAL working sheep station located only just over an hour from Sydney that offers a unique rural and outback Australian farm experience.
• We offer a 4 hour, hands on, programme with a blend of educational content, interactive demonstrations, quality dining and a plenty of fun.
• Set on over 150 beautiful acres on a high plateau above the Hawkesbury River
• Surrounded by State Forests and bushland, with amazing wildlife and views to the Blue Mountains.

– Marquee seating for 2000 +
– Able to handle very large groups of up to 2000 per day
Tobruk For
• The proposed Tobruk program includes:
– Performing Swagman to meet coaches upon arrival at Tobruk
– Stockmen on horseback to greet coaches
– Aussie damper and billy tea straight from the campfire.
– Skilled Stockman and their dogs mustering sheep
– Live sheep shearing demonstration
– Farmyard animals and cow milking
– Aussie Wildlife experience on site with images for guests
– Wine tasting
– Whip cracking demonstration
– A hearty, country style meal - Aussie country BBQ
– Live Band - bush music and bush dancing all day
– Chainsaw and wood chopping demonstration
– Aboriginal display – fire making, didgeridoo
– Country Fair - stalls of local produce, gifts, wine for guests to look at
– Charity Fund Raising and contribution
– Tobruk will split each group into smaller groups to allow free movement between activities and demonstrations - See attached flow chart after
