The perinatal period (from conception through the early years of life) is one of the most significant and exciting times of a woman’s life. It is also very common to experience high anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns, which is why it is important to seek support early.

Circle’s Support GroupBring your circle of security knowledge to life with your own children in our early childhood centre. This group is designed and run by registered circle of security facilitators and offers a safe and supportive space to reflect and keep the circle alive.

Onwards and UpwardsGROUPS FOR CHILDREN
Our children’s groups have been specially developed to cater for the needs of children from grades 3 – 6 who have been exposed to stressful family environments. The groups include: building emotional resilience and self-esteem, protective behaviours, communication and decision-making skills, and how to make good connections with peers.
