General Information
1. For payment we gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
2. All rental rates are based on a one day rate except where
otherwise noted.
3. Special extended rental rates are available for long term rentals.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Standard delivery and pick up charges are for ground floor only,
during routine business hours, Monday through Friday.
6. Upstairs, downstairs, night and weekend deliveries are available
for additional labor charges.
7. All equipment becomes the responsibility of the renter from the
time of delivery until the time of pick up.
8. All equipment must be delivered to a dry, secure area.
9. In addition to credit card information for security, a 50% non-
refundable deposit is required to secure all rental orders for all
orders of $300 or more. The remaining balance will be due 1 week
prior to delivery, at which time the full payment is nonrefundable.
All other orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
10. All china, glassware and flatware are to be rinsed free of food
and returned to their original crates before pick up or a cleaning
charge will be incurred.
11. All tables and chairs will be stacked on delivery and must be
restacked before pick-up or a labor charge will be incurred for
the breakdown of the equipment.
12. Table and chair setup is available for an additional labor charge.
