Faloodeh ShiraziFaloodeh is a delight in a hot summer day.
Faloodeh is high in sugar. It is delightful
and it is best to consume more fresh lem-
on juice with faloodeh to get more vitamin
C while at it.
Ingredients:■ 3.5 oz (100 g) Rice Noodles ■ 1 Cup Sugar ■ 1/4 Cup Rose Water ■ 1 Cup Water ■ 1 Lime Directions: Mix a cup of sugar and a cup of water in
a pot and stir thoroughly until well mixed.
Heat the pot and keep stirring until boiled.
Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool
down. Add the rose water to the pot, stir
well, then put the mixture in the freezer
until frozen.
Put the rice noodles in a pot, add boiling
water until it covers the noodles complete-
ly and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until
tender. Drain the noodles in a colander
and rinse with cold water. Take the frozen
mixture out of the freezer and add it to the
drained noodles and stir. Keep the mixture
in the freezer until served. Squeeze a fresh
lime (and more rose water, if preferred)into
a cup of faloodeh when served.

which are to be used for the first time in Iran were unveiled on
Saturday at Payam Airport in Alborz province, IRNA reported.

“Given the geographical features of Iran and high rate of road ac-
cidents in the country, providing urgent medical service to victims of
traffic-related accidents is necessary. To do so, it is essential to de-
velop and strengthen air medical services,” Ali Sadr-o-Sadat, deputy
health minister for management and resources development said on
the sidelines of the unveiling ceremony.
uins and remains of over 200 historical strongholds and fortresses have so far been identified
across the city of Meshgin-Shahr and its surroundings in Ardabil province, northwestern Iran.
“Such numbers of defensive fortifications chronicle previous history of this county while the
oldest of which is being identified in Shahar Yeri, an archaeological site that dates
back to 2600 BC,” CHTN quoted Moharram Jafari, the provincial tourism
chief, as saying. Jafari added that study, rehabilitation and revival of the
ancient forts is being carried out regularly in order to attract credit.
Meshgin-Shahr embraces a variety of tourist attractions, includ-
ing spa complexes, ancient bas-reliefs, Islamic structures and
a massive suspension bridge. The region is also one of the
main jumping-off points into the towering Mount Sabalan.

museum for displaying vintage and classic cars is due to open in the city of Tabriz,
northwestern East Azarbaijan province. The museum is to contain noteworthy classic
vehicles that Iranian collector Khalil Ghaffari has gathered over the span of four dec-
ades, ISNA reported. “All cars to go on show at this private museum are attributed to prominent
personalities,” said Morteza Abdar who presides over the CHHTO provincial office. Iran is a
heaven for veteran cars and motorcycles. On May 16, the Touring & Automobile Club of the Is-
lamic Republic of Iran (TACI) staged a parade of such vehicles across Tehran on the occasion of
the national cultural heritage week. Earlier this year, another private museum devoted to sound
and music gear made its debut in Tabriz. Tabriz hosts a number of renowned historical and
religious sites, including Jameh Mosque of Tabriz and Arg of Tabriz, and UNESCO-registered
Tabriz Historic Bazaar Complex. In
2015, the inter-governmental Or-
ganization of Islamic Coopera-
tion selected Tabriz as the
