92 Ann Street comprises a five storey office building of approximately 91,500 sq ft, built in 1992 as AIB’s Northern Ireland Headquarters.

Approximately 29,200 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office accommodation is available To Let across the third, fourth and fifth floors. The exact layout of the floor plate can be discussed in detail and agreed with the landlord’s design team to ensure the most efficient and accurate design is provided to meet a tenant’s requirements.

The office accommodation is being stripped back to shell and core and re-fitted to a Grade A specification to include a new entrance façade and high quality reception area. As part of the AIB fit-out, a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good” has been targeted.
