How to become a member of Red Feather Council #59
You must be sponsored by a Red Feather Council #59 member in good standing
(which means that their dues are paid). That Red Feather member needs to attend
a Red Feather meeting (the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00
p.m.) to receive an application to sponsor a person for adoption (to become a
new member). The application is to be filled and signed by the person want-
ing to become a member and include a non-refundable application fee of $25.00.
The Red Feather sponsor also must sign the application.
When your application for membership is turned into the Keeper of Records, it is
read on the floor and sent to an investigating committee, then at the next meeting
your application is voted on and if your application is elected you will receive a
letter giving you a date and time to come to a meeting to be obligated. This could
take up to two months.
We have a limited number of applications to give out each year. Any questions,
call Jo Ellen Swartz, PGP at 301-223-8839. If no answer please leave a message
and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please remember to contact us if you have moved or will move in the future. You may call the Red Men or drop us a
note. Please include your membership number.
WIFI Available We offer WIFI at the Red Men Club. Come
in with your laptop or ipad and use this free
service to our members. If you, our
member, need to relieve some stress
from the office, bring your laptop
or ipad along for a break in your day.
Do you know someone who needs to have a
business seminar? Call the Red Men.
We offer breakfast and lunch with room
to accommodate a few or up to 150 people.
Monthly Meetings Attend the monthly Lodge meeting held the
2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.
Drawings for Red Men Gift Certificate
will be awarded to a Tribe #84 member
in attendance at the first meeting only.
Can buy a chance to win one year’s dues.
Come and share your ideas. Support your
officers.
