To install Citrix Receiver for Windows

In a web browser, navigate to www.Citrix.com, hover over Downloads and then click Download Receiver.

Click Download Receiver for Windows.

When prompted, run the CitrixReceiver.exe file.

Note: The message may vary depending on the web browser you’re using.

Click Install.

Click Install.

Select the check box to agree to the Citrix License Agreement and then click Continue:

Accessing Employee Self-Service (SoftServ) from home:

1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://citrix2.gru.edu 2. Click the SoftServ icon

3. You may see that your web browser has downloaded a file called launch.ica. If you have installed the Citrix

receiver, run (double click) the launch.ica file and employee self-service (SoftServ) will launch.

To uninstall Receiver

Go to Windows Control Panel, Programs and then click Uninstall a program.

Click Citrix Receiver and then click Uninstall.

Follow the instructions to finish uninstalling Receiver.
