If the need arises, we will try to accommodate last minute requests but items may be limited due to availability. The Surprise Your Student Program is only available for delivery weekdays, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

A follow-up phone call will be made to students on the delivery date for items that have not been picked up. Due to the perishable nature of some items, we are unable to issue refunds if pick up is not made.

How the Program Works

The Surprise Your Student items are available for ordering during the academic school year (August - April and excluding college breaks).

Select the surprise you would like for your student and be sure to include a message and the delivery date. You may order for multiple occasions on one form. Your student will be notified through campus mail that he/she has a special “surprise” waiting for him/her with instructions on where to pick up the surprise on the delivery date.

Please place orders at least five days in advance of the delivery date.
