Since there is no equivalent papers in the old regulations for the papers i.e. -Paper-I:

Human Rights –A Historical Perspective – XBA, Paper-II World Conference & Human Rights -

XBB, candidates have to appear for the same subjects. The candidate is therefore

informed that he/she should appear under the equivalent papers as detailed for the

examinations to be conducted in future as long as the regulations are in force. The

candidates are not eligible for classification / ranking.

As per the decision of the Syndicate at its meeting held on 21-06-2013, candidates of the Institute of Distance Education who have joined Under Graduate / Post Graduate Courses prior to 2005-2006 should have to appear for the arrear paper(s) by taking equivalent paper under the existing syllabus (i.e. 2005-2006 Regulation & Syllabi) from December 2013 examination onwards.
