ABOUT US
LIKA establish in 2012, aim of the company is to provide
an alternative source of original spare parts and crane
services throughout South East Asia. Lika also
secured dealer with several mobile crane, and began
supplying spare parts in South East Asia.
LIKA also provide service maintenance by 3 monthly, 6
monthly and yearly schedule or can request
maintenance in special term condition.
LIKA always providing genuine parts, which are parts
supplied by the manufacturer to the needs of Ship
Crane, Offshore Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Port
Equipment and Grabs.
In addition, Lika also open repair services such as
Cylinder Repairs, Electronic Components Repairs,
Pumps & Motors, Gearbox Repairs, Winch Repairs and
Engineering Services.

PARTS
Ship Crane Parts are sourced directly from the component producers by our cost cutting team.
Lika always supply original parts, identical to the parts supplied by the crane manufacturer. Lika can offer good savings on most parts. In some cases quality alternatives are available, and we will be able to quote for both original and replacement parts if required.
SERVICE
Ship and Marine Crane Engineers are available Worldwide.
All aspects of crane operations are covered: electric, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical. Crane engineers are factory trained by the Manufacturers and have many years of experience in Crane repair. Engineers can join the vessel in any port worldwide. Repairs can be carried out in port or during voyage. Lika can also ensure that required crane spare parts are delivered to the vessel at a convenient port to enable the smooth running of your cranes.
OVERLOAD TESTING
Lika supplies water bags and load cells for both dynamic and static crane load tests. We carry out water bag load testing up to a proof load of 250 ton, and higher on request. The load tests are performed as per Lika designed load test protocols, tailored to the individual crane models.A certificate is issued upon successful completion.
We specialize in load testing of Deck Cranes, Davits, Life Raft & Life Boat Cranes, as well as load testing of Gangways and life boats via water filled man bags. Besides dynamic load testing with water bags, we carry out static pull load testing on Hose Handling Cranes, Provision Cranes and Engine Room Overhead Cranes (ER Cranes).
And we also carry out load testing of Motor Grabs and Radio Remote Controlled Grabs on board or on land.

INSPECTIONS
Lika provides 5-yearly crane and lifting gear inspections, load testing, supply of water bags, and cargo gear endorsements, all out of one hand. This translates into direct cost savings for owners, who no longer need to engage and pay separate contractors for crane inspection, load test provision etc
Lika, as an Enterprise of Competence with flag approved Competent Persons, employs multi-disciplined, factory trained Crane Engineers, highly experienced in all kind of repairs, investigations, troubleshooting of all system faults, be it of electric-, electronic-, hydraulic- or mechanical nature.
Our Sr. Engineers & Crane Inspectors are certified to API 2D and have category B-1 competent person approval from the Norwegian Maritime Authority, permitting us to carry out annual and 5 yearly crane & lifting gear inspections & load tests as per ILO 152 on behalf of the Flag States.
GRABS
Lika Crane Services World Wide, is the specialized service station for SMAG Peiner, ORTS and other European and Japanese grab manufacturers and offers new & used grabs for all bulk handling purposes.
ENGINEERING SERVICES
Our engineering team can support projects for mechanical / structural / electrical / hydraulic systems as well as develop and deliver solutions to a vast range of crane applications.
ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Lika Crane Services Worldwide has the capability and competence personnel to provide the following services in respect to failures causing incidents/accidents in connection with maritime cranes.
-Root cause analysis. -Structural analysis.- Feasibility studies. -Submission of structural and/or FEM analysis to certification authorities. -Drive and brake systems calculations. -Verification analysis. -GAP analysis.
