Rules & Regulations

1. The students have to be very punctual in attending theory & practical classes.2. To be able for appearing in the examinations, a student must have attended t least 75% of the classes of that module.

Student have to obtain at least 40% aggregate average marks in aggregate in all the modular examinations to be eligible for a certificate.

3. The students must come to the institute with proper identity cards. Students coming without proper identity card may not be permitted to enter the institute.

4.The students applying for admission must read prospectus carefully & convince himself that he qualifies for the training. In case, if in any part of the admission process or after the commencement of classes he is found to be ineligible, he may be expelled from the institute & no refund will be given in that case.

5. Students apply for the One year Diploma Course will not be allowed to shorten his course to the six- month certificate course.

6. Mobile phones are strictly banned in institute for students.7. Fees once paid for any course should not be refundable.8. All students submit the fee before the time otherwise they should pay penality of late fee.9. Any misbehave should not be tolerated inside the campus.10. All students are advised to submit their generous certificate during certificates during the admission if found any

tampering in certificate his/her admission should be canceled.11. Late comers are not welcome.12. Scholarships provide to only SC/ST candidates.

Registration: - Prior Registration of every candidate is mandatory by depositing a registration fee of RS. 500/- per candidate with NIELIT J&K Regional Centre in the shape of DD/Cheque, favoring Director NIELIT J&K, payable at Srinagar. Registration card duly attested will be issued to every registered candidate through NEILIT Regional Centre.

Examination:

Examination Procedure:o Online Examination will be conducted on demand at NIELIT Srinagar, Jammu and Leh Centers.o Details of examination will be posted through emails and also on our website, www.jk.nielit.in

o Application forms for examination will be available with the Authorized Training centre as per the format or can be downloaded from our official website.

o The examination syllabus will be provided to each participating centre.o One theory and one practical exam will be held at the end of the course.

Examination Charges :o Examination fee per candidate for both theory and practical will be RS. 500/- (Inclusive of certificate

charges).o Qualifying marks: Minimum pass marks each paper will be 50%.o Reappearing: reappearing in exam would be allowed only by depositing an examination fee of RS.
