Internship Description and Details :This Section outlines the professional experience of the internship . After reading this , the intern should have complete
clarity about what the internship entails.
* Note : The fields marked in red are mandatory to be filled from now on . These few fields increase the quality of the
form and makes the form very informative and easy for the EPs to comprehend.
How to ensure that the ualit of the form is excellent?
This section contains the area or the department of the company in
which the intern would work in.
Example: Marketing, Human Resources, IT etcThe organization must describe at least 5 different tasks for the
intern to work on during the internship. These tasks may be
performed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The more details
provided, the better it is.
One of the biggest complaints from interns is that the job
descri tion is too va ue and short. Pleasebe descri tive.The organization needs to identify what the intern is expected to
achieve by the end of the internship. This will increase theaccountability of the intern to the organization and will also help the
intern understand what is expected from him/her at work.
This column should contain any kind of information, research, or
work the intern needs to gain/do before he/she begins his work.
