ACT No . 20 OF 2004.An Act to repeal the Tamil Nadu Animals and Birds SacrificesProhibition Act, 1950.

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in theFifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-1. (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Animals and Birds Sacrifices Short title and

Prohibition (Repeal) Act, 2004. commence-ment.(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 20th day ofFebruary 2004.2 .
