Mixing and conveying unitsB260, B6 and B8 Vessel System
With the Vessel Systems, as compact mixing and conveying unit, it is possible to handle monolithic castables from big-bags (bags) with a grain size from 8mm up to 16mm. Capacity from 400Kg up to 1t/charge.
The units are used at blast furnace runners, ladles, tundishes, rotary kiln melting ovens etc.
B6/B8 Feeding with big-bags, with manual or automatized control.
B260 Vessel System

Tundish- Spray- Units for spraying of working line material
B5-V with vertical pumpThe compact B5-V, run and controlled by the spray operator. A cost saving system. The big-bags are fed into the dry mortar container and cut off there. The dry material is running down then steadily, supported by a fluidifying and/or a vibrator, into the continuous mixer. Here it is mixed continuously in the consistency chosen, feeding the vertical pump.
In the vertical-pump with variable drive is installed the wet mortar level probe. Thereby the unit is controlled automatically. The operator is starting and stopping the cpl. unit by opening or closing the air cock at the spray gun.
Capacity 45 l/min.
B1 the small, compact mixing pump for mixing and spraying. Feeding by bags.
Capacity 30 l/min.

Continuous mixer for direct casting or as pre-wettening unit at guniting
For continuously production of wet mortar from dry pre-mixed refractory material up to grain size of 16mm. Also as pre-wettening system for gunning machines.
BM60/BM100The continuous mixer is mounted on a frame with build on dry mortar hopper for manually feeding.
Capacity: BM 60 = 60 l/min BM100 =100 l/min.
BM100SThe continuous mixer for feeding directly from Container/ Silo with flange connection DN300.
