Tara Richards, PA-C Tara has a passion for learning and teaching others

about how to care for their bodies as a whole.

She has over five years of experience as a physician

assistant, currently working alongside Dr. William Wind

and Dr. Scott Darling at UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports

Medicine. Tara is also a certified nutritionist, athletic

trainer, and has completed Level 1 teacher training and

Art of Assisting through Baron Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. She takes a holistic

approach to her treatment techniques – and she practices what she preaches.

Tara’s nutrition studies and strategies focus primarily on a plant-based diet,

eliminating processed foods, and caring for medical ailments through

diet and exercise.

Strength & Conditioning, Licensed Massage Therapist

Matthew R. Meyer, NASM-PES, LMT, FR©, CSTMatt’s passion for health and fitness started over 20

years ago, training in various martial arts. He has since

studied in the healing arts, specifically massage therapy

and bodywork, along with CranioSacral Therapy,

Neuromuscular Therapy, IASTM and Neuro-Structural

Kinesiology Taping, Functional Range Release and a

variety of other advanced manual therapy courses.

Seeing the link between proper human movement and health led him to obtain

high level training and certifications in the field of strength and conditioning and

performance enhancement through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Matt works with all levels of athletes, including professional and collegiate.

Matt’s integrative therapy is a great choice for chronic pain and overall wellness.

In addition to working for UBMD, Matt has a private practice in Williamsville, NY

and is a faculty clinician at Trocaire College as well as the Performance Therapist

for the Buffalo Bandits professional lacrosse team.

Strength & Conditioning, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer

Jim Mollosky, MS, ATC, CSCS Jim has over 17 years of experience in the Athletic

Training, Strength & Conditioning, Massage Therapy and

Bodywork field working with athletes of all ages and

levels. When not helping others achieve their own goals

and trying to be at their best, you can find Jim on the

nearest trail running. He particularly enjoys running on the mountain ridge lines in Juneau Alaska.

Sports & Behavioral Psychologist

Daniel Antonius, Ph.D. Daniel is a psychologist and assistant professor in

the Department of Psychiatry at University at Buffalo

school of Medicine and Biomedical sciences. Using

social-psychological-physiological methods, he helps

clients overcome psychological and emotional

problems, enhance and optimize their performance,

and ultimately achieve their goals. When not seeing

clients, Daniel coaches and plays soccer and tennis. As a former college tennis

player, he was inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame at Stony Brook University

(State University of New York) in 2006.
