Company Profil.
Since our foundation, we have worked as subcontractor on large international projects, such
as the:
Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline Project in Turkey (285 km * 42”)
SSWJ Gas Pipeline Project in Sumatra, Indonesia (196 km * 36”)
Milford Haven to Felindre LNG Development Pipelines in UK (224 km * 48”)
Kazakhstan / China Gas Pipeline Project in Kazakhstan (1304 km * 42”)
North Stream Gas Pipeline Project in Germany (270 km * 56”)
Chihuahua to Ciudad Juarez Gas Pipeline Project in Mexico (382 km * 36”)
We understand what consequence it can have if a pipeline is not proper cleaned, dried or inspected before it is taken into service. Therefore planning, reliability and effective performance of the jobsite is key words for us.

Or 11 times less fuel consumption to complete the scope of work due to drying time is reduced to 50%
Comparison
50% less equipment to transport
TM Drying unit - Needs 2 trucks for transport Standard Desiccant Spread Needs 4 trucks for transport
3 times faster to setup and connect
TM Drying unit - Takes 1½ hour to setup and connect Standard Desiccant Spread Takes 5 hour to setup and
connect
Other considerable advantages when using the TM Air-Drying unit
– High volume minimize the risk of a foampig being stocked in the line, due to air is bypassing
– Better cleaning of the pipeline due to higher velocity
– Less crane movement, or when TM use there own trucks no crane is required at all
– Lower pressure in hoses and fittings (max 1 bar)
– Equipment is easy to handle and transport as it is build in standard containers
– Less personnel to operate the equipment
– 100% oil free air is injected in the pipeline or piping system
– Less area is required to setup the equipment (only 3 x 20 feet containers)
– Less exhaust emissions due to less fuel consumption
– Less on-site oil change and service is required, normally a section can be dried within the service interval of the
engines and no shot down in required at all.
– Less transport and storage of fuel is required on site.

Dew-Point Measurement
Michell Cermit II
+20 ºC to -100 ºC dewpoint.
All dewpoint instruments are calibrated in Michell’s Humidity
Calibration Laboratory, which is NAMAS accredited for
calibration of direct reading hygrometers.
Each dewpoint meter is calibrated every year according to
the standards of the National Physical Laboratory, London,
England.
Soft foampigs TM Pipeline Service is through a foam manufacture producing soft foam pigs in sizes from 2 inch
to 56 inch diameter.
All foam pigs up to 48 inch are made in one piece with out gluing.
Standard density is 35 kg/m³, but other types of density are also available.
All foam pigs are individual wrap in black plastic to protect the foam against ultraviolet radiation
from the sun.
The foam is made with a large absorptive capacity which allow the pig to carry out more free
water left in the pipeline, further is the foam pig also able to pickup water from the low spots, and
distribute the residual water left in the line onto the pipe wall, thus increasing the areas of contact
between residual water and air.

Geometric Caliper Inspection
In January 2012, TM Pipeline Service bought the complete Caliper Fleet from the previous Analytic Pipe in Germany.
TM Pipeline Service can offer our clients Inline Caliper Survey of oil and gas pipelines, in sizes from 6” to 60” diameter.
Both Single- and Multi channel Caliper tools are available.
The TM Pipeline Service / Analytic Pipe Caliper Inspection tool is used for detecting pipeline geometry defects. Dents,
ovalities and other deviations from the nominal geometry which exceed a certain admissible value are here of particular
interest.
The design of the TM Pipeline Service / Analytic Pipe Caliper inspection tool has been adapted to the specific requirements
of the pipeline to be inspected. The Caliper inspection tool can handle diameter reductions of up to 25 %.
Data Analyses
After the inspection run, the data of the geometry inspection are downloaded, backed up on a USB Stick and, along with the
inspection documents, handed over to the analysis department for data evaluation. After the data quality and completeness
have been verified, the inspection raw data are converted for actual analysis.
A reference point list is generated which includes both, marker points of the marker transmitter system and natural markers,
such as installations.
For data analysis, the data of the in-line inspection are displayed on high-resolution monitors. Trained data analysts view the
geometry defect candidates, identify and size the relevant indications and refer them to the closest markers and girth welds.
The results are collected in a list containing geometry defects and pipeline features which is checked by a senior data analyst
for correctness and completeness.
Finally, all the individual results and run-specific information are centrally collected in order to generate the inspection report
consisting of report text and complete result lists.

Nitrogen Purging
High Volume On-site Nitrogen Production Unit
Nitrogen Production Unit TMN 2.000-1
Mobile On-site Nitrogen production means Nitrogen always on-demand.
The TM Pipeline Service –“Nitro 2000”, nitrogen production unit is perfect for anyone who needs
nitrogen.
The “Nitro 2000” is a self producing nitrogen unit which offer a flexible, reliable supply of nitrogen
when ever you need it – basically, you get exactly what you want – exactly where and when you
want it. As if that wasn’t enough, you even save money by using a mobile on-site nitrogen
production unit.
With the “Nitro 2000” you are guaranteed a steady supply of nitrogen. You won’t run out of nitrogen at
impractical moments, and you won’t have to wait for new deliveries. Nor will you need to handle
liquid nitrogen. Speaking about logistics when handling large amount of liquid nitrogen.
Our mobile “Nitro 2000” means that the nitrogen is produced on demand on location. There is no
waste due to evaporation and there is no transportation cost of liquid nitrogen or rental cost of e.g.
railway- and road tankers.
Our “Nitro 2000” unit can be connected direct to your piping system, which eliminates the
inconvenience of handling liquid nitrogen and evaporator equipment.
Talking about liquid nitrogen, safety is increased with an on-site nitrogen production unit, as the
standard working pressure is not more that 10 bar. High-pressure booster is only established
where it is required.
“Nitro 2000” – Complete independent. High quality. Low cost. Problem free operation.
