COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN Landmark knows that the services we provide are essential to your business, and we will continue to provide these services under the Department of Homeland Security’s Essential Business classification. As an agricultural business operation that also provides public works services, Landmark serves two of the 16 critical infrastructure areas of vital service to the nation, and remains open. Absent any supply or manufacturing disruptions, we anticipate meeting all of your needs. In accordance with public health recommendations, we have made a number of adjustments to our operating procedures. For our members, the most notable change has been the temporary move toward reduced in-person interaction during drop-offs and pick-ups. We’ve also set limits on how many customers can be inside our retail stores at once, while modifying the checkout process to support physical distancing. For more information on these changes, please see our website at landmark.coop, or reach out to your Landmark representative. The circumstances around COVID-19 are still changing daily. We continue to monitor these changes, and sincerely appreciate your understanding and your business.
