1. SCOPE.This publication provides an overprinted DA Form 2062 (Hand Receipt) ~M~h ~st~ thecontents of COEI, Bll and ALL items related to the Common Bridge Transporter (CBT).2. GENERAL,

Section II contains the overprinted DA Form 2062 that Iiats the end item entry forSystem/End item and contents of COEI, Bll and AAL extracted from TM5-5420-234-14&P. The listings consist of exactly the same items and are in the same sequenceaa those Iiatinga in TM5-5420-234-1 4&P.The overprinted OA Form 2062 will eliminate the manual preparation of the form andwill aseist organization in invento~ing and accounting for property as required byOA PAM 710-2.Local reproduction of the OA Form 2062 ia authorized. However, organization shallcomply with local policies in the reproduction of OA Form 2062 by office copyingequipment, field printing plant or duplicating plant facilities.Additional copies of this publication may be requisitioned from the U. S. ArmyPublications Distribution Center, 1655 Woodaon Road, St. Louis, MO 63114 inaccordance with Chapter 3, DA PAM 25-30.

3. EXPLANATION OF BLOCKS AND COLUMNS (DA FORM 20S2)Refer to DA PAM 710-2-1. Additional information required to complete DA Form 2062 is aafollows:

a. Hand raceipta shall identify the accounting requirement status of all item entries viathe description column to each item: i.e., the first entry in the description columnahali be the line items Expendability (EXP)/Accounting Requirements (ARC), inparenthesis, in front of the line item name. One of the following codes will apply.

(N) for Nonexpendable: Items not consumed in use, retaining their identityduring use, and requiring that accountability bemaintained throughout the life of the item.

(0) for Durable: Nonconsumable components of aete, kits, outfits andaaaemblagea; all tools in FSCS 5110, 5120, 5130,5140, 5160, 5210, and 5260; and any othernonconsumable with a price in excess of $50.00 andnot already N.

(X) for Expendable: Items, regardleaa of type classification or price, whichare consumed in use. Includes all claaa 9 repair parts.Items not consumed in use which cost $50.00 or lessand not already N- or D-.
